“Hard work comes with a price and requires sacrifice — it’s not glamorous. The payoff is long term. Work hard and work through the lows, because things will always get better.”
  • Alumni Treyana Johnson standing in her OCME lab coat.
“I beat all odds stacked against a Black woman from Baltimore. Who would’ve known the freshman year version of me would have made it this far? I literally say my dreams became my reality.”
  • McDaniel College M.S. alumna Clara Jean "Jeanie" Mosley Hall '76
“You don’t appreciate what other people can see within you until they point it out.”
