Joan Liptrot
Executive Director of the Center for Experience and Opportunity
As executive director of the Center for Experience and Opportunity, Joan works closely with academic departments, as well as community partners, and plays a key role in developing experiential learning opportunities for McDaniel students in support of the McDaniel Commitment.
As the director of career development, Daniel supports students and alumni through all phases of their internship and job searches. Daniel also works with employers to develop relations and promote opportunities at McDaniel.
You’ll work with Daniel if you are assessing your strengths, exploring career interests, preparing applications, or applying for roles.

Assistant Director of International & Off-Campus Programs
As assistant director of international & off-campus programs, Kerriann encourages students to identify opportunities, advises international and off-campus study experiences, and helps support international students.
You'll work with Kerriann if you're interested in global experiences and are seeking long-term or short-term study abroad experiences.
