PFC Tim Boggs has served as a Special Police Officer with the Department of Campus Safety since 2020. With over 20 years of law enforcement experience, retired with the Maryland Capitol Police, and formerly with Springfield Hospital Police and the Westminster City Police Department.

A graduate of the Maryland Police Training Commission Police Academy, with 8 years of supervisor experience and trained in Law Enforcement Prevention and Deterrence of Terrorist Acts (Louisiana State University) Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings (New Mexico Tech, Energetic Material Research and Testing Center). As well as National Alcohol Enforcement Specialist Training & False Identification Recognition Training.
