“My teaching background helped me realize how much of an asset relatability is in this work. We didn’t want people to run away from this difficult topic, so we had to make it palatable, relatable, and accessible. We wanted the foundation to be a positive source of information and inspire positive changes in people’s lives."
  • Kaitlin Mahoney at NY marathon 2019
“McDaniel provided me all the resources to do exactly what I needed and wanted to do. I know I met all the right people there to set me up for success and feel strongly that it was the best place for me.”

"I loved that all of my professors knew who I was if they saw me walking by. I got to make some really great connections through all of the people I was able to know."
