McDaniel in the News: Students participate in national "Read Across America" celebration
As part of the national “Read Across America” celebration, members of McDaniel College’s football, men’s soccer and women’s soccer teams read to students at Westminster Elementary School on March 2. In addition, McDaniel College Student Alumni Council members along with the GFCW Woman’s Club of Westminster read to pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and first grade students at the school on March 3.
“Read Across America” is an annual event organized by the National Education Association in honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday.
