The Daily Record’s Leading Women awards recognize women who are 40 or younger for the accomplishments they have made so far in their careers. A panel of business and legal professionals and a representative from The Daily Record selected the honorees based on their professional experience, community involvement, and commitment to inspiring change.

A Psychology major at McDaniel, Druckenmiller was compelled to change her path at 32 years old after becoming burned out, tired, and sick with an acute form of mono called Epstein-Barr virus.

In May, she was hit by a car and suffered a spinal fracture in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced her to pivot her business to a 100% virtual format.

“I take what most people would view as setbacks and make meaning of them by turning them into comebacks to inspire others,” Druckenmiller told The Daily Record.

Druckenmiller is an award-winning and nationally-recognized thought leader with over a dozen years of experience in the field of workplace wellbeing and culture. She was named the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the United States in 2015 and one of “7 Wellness Leaders Making a Positive Impact” by Employ Humanity in 2018. In 2019, she was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Game Changer by Workforce Magazine.

Along with her recognition, Druckenmiller has guided numerous organizations to earn awards as “top workplaces” and “healthy employers.” She has worked with companies like Under Armour, a sports equipment and apparel business; Deloitte, which offers audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services; the American Heart Association, a nonprofit that funds cardiovascular research and educates on cardiovascular care; and more.

She is one of the founding members of the international nonprofit, Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), and speaks to women's leadership teams about how to be more confident and courageous. She also obtained a master’s degree in Community Health Education & Health Administration from Towson University in 2012.
