Theatre Arts students at McDaniel performed in the college’s production of “Hand to God.” Performances were Thursday, Sept. 30, Friday, Oct. 1, and Saturday, Oct. 2, in WMC Alumni Hall.
Written by Robert Askins, “Hand to God” is an irreverent, occasionally shocking, and perpetually hysterical romp that explores ideas of faith, morality, and human nature.
Tad Janes, artistic director of the Maryland Ensemble Theatre in Frederick, Md., was the guest director for the production. Assistant professor Shana Joslyn was the scene, light and sound designer and adjunct lecturer Melissa Gilbert was the costume and puppet designer.
Stage Manager was senior Nicholle D’Anna, an English-Theatre Arts dual major from Essex, Md.
