• Nearly 600 first-year and transfer students
• Record-breaking applicant pool: over 5,000
• 20 states represented, including Maryland, plus Washington, D.C.
-Other states are California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia
• 11 countries represented:
-Chad, El Salvador, Eritrea, Honduras, India, Nepal, Nigeria, Peru, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States
• Percentage of students of color: over 45 percent
• Over 40 percent are first-generation college students
• 28 percent are participating in Athletics
• 41 percent are involved in community service
• 10 percent are legacy students with at least one parent being a graduate of the college
• 25 percent are actors and musicians
• 2 sets of twins
• Most popular boy names: Michael is #1 with Jacob, Justin, and Matthew tied for second place
• Most popular girl names: Emily, Jasmine, Jordan, and Lauren are all tied for first place
