Friday Events

Open Campus, 3-6 p.m.

Rediscover the Hill you know and love. Take a self-guided tour, replenish your spirit wear at the campus store, and learn about some of the wonderful programs here on the Hill. 

Happy Hour ($), 4:30-7:30 p.m.

Cheers! Salud! Egészségedre! Kick-off Alumni Weekend with drinks, hors d’oeurves, music, and Green Terror pride. Event hosted by the Office of the Associate Vice President of Institutional Mission and Belonging. $15 in advance; $20 at the door. 

Alumni Association Awards ($), 6:30 p.m. - nominate someone for the AAA

This special evening honors individuals who embody McDaniel’s tradition of achievement in their careers, communities, and alma mater. Join us in the beautifully renovated Baker Memorial Chapel for an unforgettable night recognizing this year’s distinguished honorees. Ticket includes a 3-course, served meal, and open   beer and wine bar will be available. Ticket price is $65

Saturday Events

Continental Breakfast with the Alumni Council, 9:30-11:30 a.m. 

Start your morning with coffee and pastries from local shops, learn more about the Alumni Council, and see how you can get involved! Mimosas provided by the McDaniel Women’s Leadership Network.

Green Terror Teachings, 10-11:15 a.m.

Class is in session! Voted on by your milestone reunion committees and the alumni council, pick your favorite personal enrichment session to attend. Topics and program descriptions will be in the online registration form. 

Memorial Bell Ringing Ceremony, 11:30 a.m.

Led by members of the Student Alumni Council, we honor alumni who have recently passed at the Memorial Bell Ringing Ceremony. This ceremony recognizes alumni that have passed since the last bell ringing (at Homecoming). In addition, members of milestone reunion classes (ending in 0 or 5) having passed will be recognized all day Saturday in a Remembrance Garden at Memorial Plaza (Red Square). 

Presidential All-Class Luncheon & CUP Awards ($), Noon-1:45 p.m.

Join President Julia Jasken for lunch as we hear highlights of happenings at your alma mater, and the presentation of the class reunion giving C.U.P. Awards for Community, Unity, and Philanthropy. Tickets are $25.

Legacy Society Dessert Reception. 1:45-2:45 p.m.

Meet with us over coffee and desserts to learn how the Legacy Society impacts the college and future Green Terrors. Current Legacy Society members and others interested in joining the society are invited. (Register early, space is limited!)

Alumni Lawn Party, 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Grab the whole squad, this one is for all ages! Join us for a family-friendly reunion event with lawn games, live music, light fare (that even your pickiest eaters can enjoy), and drinks for all. Complimentary finger foods and soft drinks. Cash bar. BYO blankets and/or camp chairs. 

Vow Renewal Ceremony, 4-4:30 p.m.

Alumni couples are invited to celebrate their love for each other, found on the Hill, at a special vow renewal ceremony! Pre-registration encouraged, but walk-ins are certainly welcome.

All-Class Crab Feast ($), 5:30-8:30 p.m.

All alumni are welcome to join in the fun at the All-Class Crab Feast! Enjoy all-you-can-eat crabs, beer, and wine open bar, and take part in a McDaniel tradition. Tickets are $55; Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) - $35. 

Milestone Class Reunions ($) - years that end in 0 or 5

Post-Reunion Nightcap, 8-10:30 p.m.

Keep the celebration going! After your reunion, head to Covalent Spirits, 118 E. Main Street.

Sunday Events

50th Reunion Remembrance Ceremony, 9:30 a.m.

Honor departed alumni from the Class of 1975 at a service led by fellow class members in Little Baker.

Farewell Brunch ($), 

The perfect end to a perfect weekend! Stop in anytime between 9:30-11:30 a.m. for a delicious brunch. Tickets are $25.
